Location Data: GPS coordinates and location names you provide when creating a stream. Location data is used to tag streams and help users discover content near them. Camera and Microphone: Video and audio are captured when you broadcast a live stream. This data is transmitted in real-time to viewers and is not stored permanently. Usage Data: Stream metadata such as viewer counts, stream duration, and timestamps.
We use your information to: - Provide and operate the live streaming service - Display streams to nearby users based on location - Show trending locations and popular streams - Moderate content to ensure community safety - Improve and optimize the app experience
When you broadcast a live stream, your video and audio are transmitted in real-time to other users. Streams are visible to all users within the app. Streams automatically expire 15 minutes after ending. Recorded video replays may be available during this window and are deleted afterward. Thumbnails may be captured during your broadcast to help viewers identify your stream content.
We use automated AI-powered moderation to review stream content and ensure it complies with our community guidelines. Content that violates our guidelines may be removed without notice.
We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with: - Third-party service providers that help us operate the app (such as video streaming infrastructure) - Law enforcement when required by law Your stream content, including video, audio, location name, and thumbnail, is visible to other users of the app while live and during the replay window.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Stream data (video recordings, thumbnails) is automatically deleted 15 minutes after a stream ends. Location data associated with streams follows the same retention period as the stream itself.

Live is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
